turning the tide of pastoral burnout

Find Rest Here

The Retreat at Church Creek - the Pastor Collective's flagship retreat center - provides refuge for Christian leaders who just need a break or are struggling with isolation, loneliness and burnout.

Providing sanctuary on 66 beautiful waterfront acres in peaceful Lowcountry surroundings, just minutes from Charleston, South Carolina, our four-day retreat offers ample opportunity to relax, recharge and reconnect with small groups of like-minded ministry leaders, including:

  • Chasing redfish and trout in saltwater creeks

  • Fishing for largemouth bass on one of our 14 acre fresh-water ponds

  • Taking a leisurely boat ride on the intracoastal waterway at sunset

  • Praying and reflecting while strolling three miles of nature trails

  • Playing pickleball or trap shooting with new friends

  • Working out in a fully equipped gym or playing 18 holes on a golf simulator

  • Receiving personal prayer, wise counsel, and focused coaching

  • Building community and friendships with others in ministry leadership

  • Or just sitting by the marsh watching the tide come in and go back out again

The Pastors Collective - Retreat at Church Creek

Kind Words

“When I was invited to the retreat at Church Creek, I was at a point of feeling like I should throw in the towel. God used those days of rest, reflection and relationship to give me a new vision for our church.”

– JAY, TODAY'S CHURCH (NJ)
