Find Rest Here

Based in Charleston, SC, The Pastors Collective is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping pastors, their partners and ministry leaders from all denominations anywhere in the world refresh, relate and renew.

Our mission is to address the real and difficult work of planting, pastoring, and leading churches by fostering soul care, curating community, developing resources, and continuing a national dialogue on mental health in ministry.

In short: We want to help ministry leaders live well and finish strong.

Our Challenge

Across the church landscape, we are facing a soul care and mental health crisis.

Studies show that as many as 42% of pastoral leaders report suffering from burnout. Without relief or solutions, many leave vocational ministry altogether.

With each exit, they leave an immediate void and rippling repercussions felt across churches, families and communities.

The Pastors Collective exists to provide urgent relief, support and resources to our ministry leaders, so they can live well and finish strong.

Who & How We Serve

The Pastors Collective is here to help pastors from every church, anywhere in the world. Our mission includes supporting and serving our ministry leaders' spouses, partners and families.

Restoration - mind, body and soul - begins with a hard reset and much-deserved rest. The Pastors Collective journey begins with The Retreat at Church Creek, our signature four-day experience designed to help you relax, restore and reconnect with like-minded ministry leaders.

Following the retreat, you will be invited to connect with your newfound support network through our Learning Cohorts. Meeting virtually monthly, these small groups provide ongoing growth, learning and encouragement.

Whether it’s your “day one” or “one day”, The Pastors Collective also provides continuous opportunities to renew through access to affordable counseling and mentorship in partnership with Full Strength Network alongside our Media hub with resources, education, thought-leadership and more.

We want you to live well and finish strong as you flourish in your place of ministry. Learn more about reserving your retreat today.
